Change in Management

Organization keep on changing the management. There are many new companies which are trying to adopt this concept. This has a great impact on the workplace. When a new manager is hired, usually they use different methods and this has a high impact on the workplace. Employees are not accustomed to the new change and do not really like the change.  

Also when an employee is promoted to a manager position, the employees are not really happy most of the time. This can lead to a negative consequence in the workplace. There is less motivation and less productivity.

Also change in management can occur when one employee is promoted to the position of manager. This cause a lot of stress for the other employees.This can result in an unmanageable workload. Some employees will tend to be less creative and put less effort at work because they were not promoted. Some of them will try finding new jobs because they did not like how they were treated in the workplace.

The manager's role holds a great importance on the impact of the workplace. They have the firsthand guidance towards the employees. They hold an essential role in organizing the workplace culture.
